| Hello. How are you doing? Sorry we haven't been in touch. Yes we have been very busy. Seemed like it was the longest week for the both of us. After moving all our crap, stripping wall paper, painting, moving our furniture, getting used to living together full time, we finally are kind of relaxed and it feels flippin' great. We are so happy with our home, the city, the area, the block. We know we had a rough start, but in the end, everything came out awesome! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Then we received a phone call from you. We didn't pay much attention to your call at first, but the words you asked us kept going through our minds, "Did your last agent just list your house, or did he try to sell your house?" You met with us and we were impressed right off the bat with all the groundwork, charts, data, etc. that you had already done even before meeting with us. You gave us a number of days that you estimated it would take to sell our house, and the amount you thought we could get for it.
